Returns

A return can be requested within 5 days of receiving your order by sending us an email to orders.miamifitwear@gmail.com

If you wish to return an item from a change of mind about the size or style, please send it back to us after we accepted the request.*  As soon as we received and inspect the product, we will be sending an email of store credit for you to apply on your next purchase.  As our products are made to order, we do not accept refund of payment or exchanges. Store credit only.  

However, we cannot accept these requests if you purchase a legging of ours from another retail store or wholesale source and wish to exchange or return to us directly.  As each store has their own policies and terms of service, it would need to be done from place of purchase.   
**The cost of return shipping labels will be at the customer's expense.
All returns of any product must be new, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached.
Received Wrong Item
As we always try to make sure we sent the right product that was purchased, a mistake in shipment can occur. Please send us a photo of the incorrect item along with the invoice received and we’ll work out a solution together. 

Non-returnable items: 
-Any purchases made using a discount code.  ALL DISCOUNT SALES ARE FINAL.  
-All custom leggings (including Milestone and XXL Tribe) are final sale. No returns, exchanges or credit will be offered.

Shipping charges vary depending on your location.

It will be listed on your cart check out. 

Please keep in mind our products are handcrafted and that orders may take 7-10 business days to be fulfilled.*

Domestic and international orders will be sent a tracking number in their confirmation email.

Shipping within the United States is handled by USPS.

 ** Our business days are Monday to Friday.**

Lost/Missing Packages
After your order is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.  If you haven't received any updates after the expected time or hasn't arrived, but status shows it was delivered, please consider before contacting:

 

  • Delays due to weather or holiday conditions that can affect time of transit 
  • Check of any attempted delivery notice from the postal office
  • Ask if someone has accepted the package delivery 


If none of them has resolved the issue, please contact us as we can verify if the shipping address inputted was printed on the label and ship correctly. However, after the package has left the Miami Fitwear facility, we are not responsible for missing packages and highly urge you to immediately contact your local post office to file a claim if it's concluded of being lost.
