All of our products are made-to-order, and are designed, cut, and sewn in house - completely under one roof! Our current lead time for made-to-order products is approximately 2-3 weeks.

If you wish to return an item for a different size or style, please send it back to us after we accept the request.* Anything after that date will not be accepted. As soon as we receive and inspect the product, we will send an email for store credit which can be applied to your next purchase.** Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital code. These cannot be used with other discounts/promotional codes.
In order to process returns and exchanges, you MUST have the following in your package being sent back to us.
- All returned products must be new, unworn, and unwashed with tags attached.
- The original packaging and packing slip

HOWEVER if you are a first-time customer, a one time exception will be made for a return/exchange request and/or refund. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. We understand that there can be a mistake with choosing a size from a new apparel company.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

If you purchased a pair of MIAMI FITWEAR at one of your retail locations and need to return/exchange them. Can I send them back to you instead?
Please note, we do not accept returns for any merchandise manufactured for another retail store or wholesale source. Each store has their own policies and terms of service, so returns must be directed to the specific place of purchase.
Returns on Buy One, Get One Offers
For items purchased from our Buy One, Get One at discount deals, you must return both items to be issued the full amount as store credit.
If you like to return the discounted item, you’ll receive credit of the total amount the item was purchased for.
If you would like to return the full price item, you’ll be given store credit of the amount purchased with a reduction of a half percentage based on the discount deal offer.
- Ex. Buy One, Get One 40% Off: If your full-price item is $98, the store credit amount will be deducted by 20%. Therefore, the amount issued back would be $74.80.
Received Wrong ItemThough we strive to always send the exact product purchased, shipment mistakes can occur. Please send us a photo of the incorrect item along with the invoice received, and we’ll work out a solution together.
- All custom leggings (including Milestone, FIT FAB, PSG, RSL, OMG Tribe, XXL Tribe, TFN, H&K, and Hardcore On The Floor) are final sales. No returns, exchanges or credit will be offered.
- Due to COVID-19 we will not accept any returns or exchanges on Sports Tanks, Miracle Sculpt Tanks, Beauty Bandeau's, T-Shirts, Masks, Scrub Caps and Headbands at this time.
- Seasonal/Holiday products.

Please keep in mind our products are handcrafted and that orders may take 10-14 business days to be fulfilled.* During times of holidays and sales, we can gain high volumes of orders to process and may take longer than usual time of fulfilment.

Domestic and international orders will be sent a tracking number in their confirmation email.
Shipping within the United States is handled by FedEx and in some regions, USPS.
All orders ship with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond what is supplied by USPS and FedEx.
Orders over $300 , the customer will be subjected to give a direct signature upon delivery with FedEx. This is for security purposes to ensure your items are delivered right to you.
Lost/Missing PackagesAfter your order is shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. If you haven't received your order within the expected time, and/or haven't received any information about delays, please consider the following before contacting us:
- Weather conditions or holidays that may have affected time of transit
- Look for an attempted delivery notice from FedEx or USPS
- Ask neighbors or relatives if they have accepted the package on your behalf
If the issue cannot be identified or resolved, please contact us so that we can verify that we had the correct shipping address. However, after the shipment has left the Miami Fitwear facility, we are not responsible for missing packages, and urge you to immediately contact the mail carrier to file a claim if you believe it has been lost in transit.
International orders may be liable for customer and import duty, quotas, permits, VAT, product restrictions and other local requirements including UK Royal Mail HANDLING FEE. We are not responsible for any penalties or fees imposed by your local government. Be sure to check with your specific country for any guidelines and regulations they might have before you place an order.
