How to initiate a return and exchange:

  • Email us at with the subject line “RETURN” and include your order number.

  • In the email message, please let us know what are you returning and if you would like store credit or exchange.

  • If exchange, include which product along with size and/or length you’d like to exchange the return for.

  • We will reach back to you within one business day (with the exception of holidays) with the next steps and providing you with the return label. 

  • Once we receive and inspected your return, we’ll proceed with issuing the store credit or exchange.

We are committed to client satisfaction, but in the event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we're dedicated to assisting you with any necessary exchanges. To facilitate this process, please familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policies.

  • Timeframe: You've got a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate exchanges or returns. 
  • Return Limit - 2 per product: Following the 30-day window, each product can returned or exchanged a maximum of two times. After the second return, no further return requests will be accepted.  
  • Digital Store Credit or Exchanges: Items may be exchanged or returned for digital store credit, but are subject to a $9.50 restocking fee per item.
  • Fresh & Pristine: When sending items back, please keep them in top-notch condition. They should be brand-new, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached. We reserve the right to determine if returned items are not in sellable condition.
  • Refunds: Requesting refunds in the original form of payment is not offered unless due to receiving a faulty product. If a refund is to be issued, please allow 2-3 business days after the returned product has arrived and been inspected at our facility. 

Returned items can be denied if any of the following is found upon inspection:

  • Washed, worn, and/or visibly damaged
  • Removed hang tags
  • Any stains or deodorant marks
  • Human/animal hair
  • Lingering odors: (ex. perfume/cologne, detergent, smoke)

For approved return and exchange requests, customers will be charged a restocking fee and be provided a USPS shipping label to use to return the item either in its original packaging or a similar lightweight envelope to avoid any complications and delays with the postal service.

  • For store credit, this will be issued in the form of a gift card.
  • For exchanges, production will start after we have received and has been approved during inspection of the returned leggings.
  • International returns, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests outside of the U.S. as we can't provide shipping labels at this time.

  • Items that are purchased using a 50% or more discount code

    Requesting to return a product made by Miami Fitwear, but purchased from another store
    We don't accept returns of any merchandise manufactured sold from another retail or wholesale source.  Each store has their own policies/terms of services and must be directed at original place of purchase.

    Buy One, Get One Offers**
    Items purchased from these deals, you must return both items to be issued the full amount as store credit.  

    • For returning the discounted item, you’ll receive credit of the total amount the item was purchased for.  
    • For returning the full price item, you’ll be given store credit of the amount purchased with a deduction of a half percentage based on the discount deal offer.
      • Ex. Buy One, Get One 40% Off: From the full price, the total store credit amount will be deducted by 20%. 


    U.S. Domestic Shipping

    All of our products are made-to-order, and are designed, cut, and sewn in house - completely under one roof!  After our products are ready to ship, all retail orders are giving express shipping and tracking services provided by our mail carriers:

    • FedEx: 2-Day Shipping  
    • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Day Shipping (PO and APO Boxes Only)  

    As we treat all of our customer orders with utmost importance, we understand some may want their items to come out quicker! The charge of shipping costs vary depending on the customer's selection during checkout that will inform our production team of its level of priority.

    • Standard Order ($10): This will be considered as a normal order that will take an estimate of 7-14 business days for our production to complete and prepare the package for shipment. The cost covers the shipping and handling fee.
    • Express Shipping ($30): Customers can expect their order to be shipped within 2-6 business days.
    • Skip The Line ($45): Our production team will immediately begin working on this order as it will be marked as urgent! Customers can expect their order to be shipped within 2-3 business days. Just in time for any occasion!

    International Shipping

    Shipping rates for destinations outside the U.S. vary depending on location, however, are still provided with express shipping thru FedEx as usual time of arrival is within one week after shipping. 

    International orders may be liable for customer and import duty, quotas, permits, VAT, product restrictions and other local requirements including UK Royal Mail HANDLING FEE.  We are not responsible for any penalties or fees imposed by your local government.  Please be sure to check with your specific country for any guidelines and regulations they might have before you place an order.

    Lost/Missing Packages

    If your order didn't arrive within the expected time of 2-3 business days after it shipped and haven't received any updated tracking information, please consider the following before contacting us:

    • Weather conditions or holidays that may have affected time of transit
    • Look for an attempted delivery notice from FedEx or USPS
    • Ask neighbors or relatives if they have accepted the package on your behalf

    If the package cannot be located, we highly encourage you to immediately contact the mail carrier to file a claim if you believe it is lost in transit. After the shipment has left the Miami Fitwear facility, we are not responsible of any complications of the package during its travel.
